I have to apologize, there was a mix-up between the dates for registation and the deadline for papers: my very first message (and thus the web page) said papers should be sent for November 1 and registration information for September, we wanted to say the opposite... So I thought I was giving you more time with October 18! As some of you may not succeed to do it, let us fix back the very last limit to:
