• The name, address, e-mail, phone, and fax numbers of the corresponding author are provided. Secondary affiliations and funding sources should appear in a footnote or in the acknowledgments.
• Five (5) hardcopies of the revised manuscript are provided.
• References, tables, and figures are actually present in each copy.
• The name, address, e-mail, phone, and fax of five reviewers are provided.
• A diskette with the title and the abstract is provided.
• The manuscript is printed with double spacing.
• The abstract has less than 500 words; n = _________ words.
• The title page includes the names of the authors and one main affiliation address.
• The manuscript is submitted as either a Regular Letter or an Express Letter.
• S.I. units are used throughout.
