The RTN grant shall be used to cover
the local expenses (accommodation for 5 nights,
lunches, and the conference fee) for participants from outside of France belonging
to the nodes of the EUCLID Network (up to 80 persons). Other expenses like travel,
per diem and dinners are the responsibility of the respective home institutions.
Budget limitations do not allow us to support participants from outside of the network. Invited speakers shall - of course - be supported. Non-network participants shall be charged a conference fee of EUR 150, to be paid upon arrival, to cover common expenses and social events. Accompanying persons shall be charged a fee of EUR 80 to cover their participation in social events. |
