After that date, cancellation is impossible

REGISTRATION FEES: 160 euros.
Registration is free of charge for CNRS researchers.

HOUSING (full board) :

You may request a single or a double room, with or without daily room service.

single room with room service:      67 euros per night.
single room without room service:   67 euros for the first night, 
                                    57 for subsequent nights.
double room with room service:     47 euros per night.
double room without room service:  47 euros for the first night,
                                   37 euros for subsequent nights.
