I work on dynamical systems and celestial mechanics — including the classical three-body problem — and, over roughly a decade, on mathematical models of tumour–immune dynamics, cancer immunotherapy and antiviral immunity. I also work on machine learning methods for biological sequence data, and coordinated PEPS SIGMAPAD, a CNRS programme on artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Since 2024, I am AMIES correspondent for UMPA — the French national agency for mathematics-industry interaction (Agence pour les Mathématiques en Interaction avec l'Entreprise et la Société).
