Accommodation:

The meeting shall take place in the facilities of the ENS Lyon (A), which is located in the southern part of the city (B). About 85 rooms have been reserved for the participants for the period from the 10th to the 15th of September (five nights). Most of them are double rooms. All the rooms have en suite shower and toilet. If your travel arrangements require you to stay beyond this period there should be no problem arranging it for you, provided we are informed of it in advance (please note that the EUCLID grant will cover, in the case of network members, exclusively the five nights of the conference period); in particular, you are reminded to fill in your precise arrival and departure dates in the application form before the 25th of June 2006.

• Participants supported from the EUCLID-network budget shall be accommodated in the residence City Suite or in the hotel IBIS, see the map. Accompanying persons can be accommodated similarly, with a supplement of about 10 EUR per day including breakfast, to be paid directly to the hotels.

• Other participants, not supported from the network budget, shall be accommodated in the hotel IBIS, according to the availability of places. The price of a room, including breakfast and taxes, is

• single room: 83 EUR per night.

• double room: 95 EUR per night.
  

They can make their accommodation arrangements through the registration web page of the conference or directly (after the registration deadline) at the hotels listed above.

They shall be charged a conference fee of 150 EUR to cover common expenses and social events, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Accompanying persons shall be charged a fee of 80 EUR to cover their participation in social events.
