Bellon, poster presented in the&nbsp;<em>11\u00e8me forum des microscopies \u00e0 sonde locale<\/em>, Hardelot, France 16-19 mars 2009.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perso.ens-lyon.fr\/ludovic.bellon\/publi\/Paolino-2009-Poster.pdf\">Download PDF<\/a>&nbsp;(french)<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous introduisons un cadre th\u00e9orique simple pour pr\u00e9dire le bruit thermique d&rsquo;un microlevier dans un fluide visqueux : nous utilisons l&rsquo;approche de Sader pour d\u00e9crire l&rsquo;effet du fluide environnant (masse ajout\u00e9e et tra\u00een\u00e9e visqueuse) et le Th\u00e9or\u00e8me Fluctuation-Dissipation appliqu\u00e9 aux modes propres de vibrations du syst\u00e8me pour d\u00e9river une expression g\u00e9n\u00e9rique du spectre des fluctuations thermiques. Cette pr\u00e9diction est compar\u00e9e \u00e0 une mesure exp\u00e9rimentale sur un levier commercial de microscopie \u00e0 force atomique dans une gamme de fr\u00e9quence couvrant les&nbsp; premi\u00e8res r\u00e9sonances. Un excellent accord est obtenu sur l&rsquo;ensemble du spectre, avec pour seul param\u00e8tre ajustable l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur du microlevier.
