The ANR Weak KAM sponsors two research fellowships in Mathematics:
- A one-year
postdoctoral position to be held at the Unité de Mathématiques Pures et
Appliquées of the École Normale
Supérieure
de Lyon, starting on September
2013
or later. Eligible candidates should have received the Ph.D. by the
beginning of the appointment, and show outstanding promise of research
ability in one of the areas listed in the home
page. This position has no
teaching obligations, and a salary commensurate with the local
academic ones.

applications may start earlier, and will continue until the position is
filled.
- A one-year
postdoctoral position to be held at the Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux (Université Bordeaux 1), starting on September
2013.
Eligible candidates should have received the Ph.D. by the
beginning of the appointment, and must be interested in undertaking a
research collaboration with members of the department on questions
related to:
- Weak KAM theory,
- Hamilton-Jacobi Equations,
- Aubry-Mather Theory,
- Twist maps,
- Frenkel-Kontorova Models.
This position has no
teaching obligations. The salary is 2200 euros per month (after taxes). Additional funds for traveling and inviting collaborators will also be provided.
