Biographical sketch

Alla Bessmertnykh-Lemeune is CNRS Senior Researcher (CR-HC) at the Laboratoire de Chimie de l’ENS de Lyon (LCH). She graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1985. After PhD thesis with Prof. Yu. S. Shabarov in Moscow (1988), she joined the laboratory of Prof. I. Beletskaya at Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2000 she moved in France and after post-doctoral fellowships with Prof. R. Guilard, Dr. G. Bertrand and Prof. F. Hénin, she was appointed Development responsible at Finorga/Novasep. She received her habilitation in Organic Chemistry in 2002 and got a tenure position at CNRS in 2005.
