Malory Marin
I am postodoctoral researcher at University Grenoble-Alpes since September 2026. I did my PhD at the Laboratoire de l’Informatique du Parallélisme (LIP), École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, as a member of the MC2 team. My research was supervised by Rémi Watrigant and Nicolas Trotignon.
My work lies at the intersection of graph theory, algorithms, and discrete mathematics. I am particularly interested in the structural and algorithmic aspects of graphs, motivated by real-world applications such as computer networks.
I am also actively involved in the organization of scientific events and from 2023 to 2026, I coordinated the MC2 Seminar, a regular meeting focusing on complexity theory, computability, and algorithms.
Beyond research, I am strongly interested in teaching and scientific outreach, and I have been involved in several undergraduate and graduate courses in algorithmics, logic, and computer science fundamentals. In 2022, I successfully passed the French agrégation d’informatique.
